I refer to the services you provided us in respect of our then newly purchased residence in Mornington.

You found us at our most vulnerable, with a dirty, but supposedly recently commercially cleaned property and nervously awaiting settlement in respect of our residence in the Oliver’s Hill area.

The way you transformed the extensive tiled floor area as well as shower recess floors etc was really something to behold. But, what you did with the carpeted area which had only recently been commercially cleaned surpassed our most jaded expectations.

We were about to list our house for sale and needed to get the carpets cleaned before the first open for inspection. It had been a long while since they were done and I’m a little ashamed to say, they were quite a mess!
